Major panic when got here and Acer froze. Ended up having to turn it off. Then it wouldn't turn back on again. Consequence = panicked text totemaris asking her to bring her recovery usb stick as I was at airport.
However, as you will probably note, after about five or ten minutes of letting it sit there, it finally did something that resulted in it trying to reboot itself twice and then managed it. Heave sigh of relief but still twitchy.
Acer keyboard small and text in LJ input box even smaller. Result = telegraph style. Stop. Must stop. Stop.
