I adore this. Utterly adore it.

I liked the contrast between Sam and John and what Rodney feels for each of them and what they feel for him. You captured them both so well.

Those last two lines, along with the line about art in the Sam section, just kick ass. They really do.

Gorgeous story. I'm so glad you posted it.
