First off, I love your Elizabeth. This is Elizabeth as she might be on the show - strong, but aware of her own weaknesses; very aware also of those around her, displaying a great deal of emotional intelligence (a skill a good negotiator would greatly benefit from posessing).

Spot-on characterizations of the whole team. I especially liked the contrast between Teyla and Ford as they both aid their team-mates: Ford's youthful 'Thank God we're all okay'and concern, and Teyla's solemn understanding.

The mix of gentle humour and the team's residual fears and exhaustion really made this story for me; thanks so much for both writing it and sharing it!
