Not very much. The only things that you will be spoilt for are the existence of Alec (who only appears in Season 2) and some very vague spoilers on Things That Happen But Only Vaguely Referred To. As I said, the only real potential spoiler is for The Berrisford Agenda, and it's a fleeting reference that might possibly give away a plot point that you would have seen coming a mile off when you started watching the episode anyway ::g::
In other words, you can probably read the story, follow the story and when you see the episodes go, 'Oh! That's why Al's story had that reference in!'
