Oh, poot!

I preordered the next Primeval book (Extinction Event) ages ago, and
it was due to be released last Friday. However, I've been checking my
orders page on Amazon, and it's not even been despatched to me, hence
grumpy face.

And now I know why. I've just checked my 'really me' e-mail account
and found an e-mail from Amazon. Delivery was supposed to be the back
end of this week, per the site when I checked a day or so ago.
Apparently, the delivery date is now mid-Feb to the end of Feb.

And I can't find it anywhere else online available right now, damn it!

So it looks like it's not only the fourth one that's delayed (pushed
back from Feb to March), but the third one as well (Jan to Feb). On
the bright side, maybe I'll have an Abby covered book instead of a
Connor covered book for my birthday. On the pouty side, I was
supposed to have both ::pouts::

Am Distinctly Unimpressed.

Also, my sore throat is back, courtesy of the virus I had over
Christmas, the one that lingers and lingers and lingers. So I'm kind
of sulking and sucking lozenges.
I am heartily sick of being sick.

That's really annoying about the books, and not very encouraging considering that no-one seems top have any reliable information about when series 3 is airing either. Grrrr, what are they doing with our dinosaur show?!?!

Hope you start feeling better soon. I'm just about OK (::crosses all fingers and toes::)but fledge got it, maybe from me. It is probably the worst virus I've ever had because feeling better can't be taken seriously!!
