Some nights you can get around it by clicking on the link again - it obviously hangs the first time, because it's so slow, but trying again is sometimes successful.

That's been happening to me on and off, but not nearly as consistently as it seems with you. Certainly not every day. I haven't used Scrapbook recently, though.
