It's an Anglish word. I'm not sure what you're asking, dear. Most guys below a certain age don't carry them, and the ones in suits are usually just called pocket squares, as they're not full swaths.

Well, there is such a word, anditmakessense, but I don't know anyone who actually owns one? So in that respect it seems old fashioned. Everyone just carries Kleenex, and calls them Kleenex or tissues (or snot rags).
