It's an Anglish word. I'm not sure what you're asking, dear. Most guys below a certain age don't carry them, and the ones in suits are usually just called pocket squares, as they're not full swaths.

I know they're not used as much any more. But I need one character to have one, and I wasn't sure whether you had a different term for them in the US. I'm thinking larger rather than decorative. I'll use it and put one of the other characters mocking them for having it ::g::
