I don't think Abby is being a bitch. She's fond of Connor and they're friends, but I think Abby is tired and grumpy and hungry after being dragged around by Connor all day, who is being a little obtuse about things.
So I tend to think that she's treating him in her normal 'affection tinged with irritation' way. She's teasing him, mostly, but also beating him to the pizza she probably paid for anyway - remember that one of the reasons that Connor ended up living with Abby is because he pretty much moved in with her for 'a few days' while he found somewhere else to live, and then ended up never moving out. And canonically, just after he moved in he was a little thoughtless, including cooking himself breakfast and not making any for her, ogling her in her undies and putting her on the spot with Stephen. I don't think it's unreasonable that every now and then Abby reminds him to cook for her as well as not leave his boxers on the bathroom floor.
He's a little more housebroken in Season 2, except for the Caroline thing, so I definitely see this as more a late season 1 story, but I don't think it's out of character for either of them :)
