So, I may have been trawling around, looking for Blade: Trinity fic. Possibly. I admit nothing.
Except that I will admit, however, to enjoying the following stories:

sangga (Abigail/Hannibal, R)
Synopsis: The life and times of Hannibal King.
Why I like it: I love this type of story, where past and present are merged, and the character is gradually revealed over the course of the story. Plussangga has a very strong Hannibal narrative voice, one that manages to both capture his irreverent surface and the depths underneath, and I love her take on Abigail: strong, confident and in control, with the kind of quiet certainty that Abigail had in the film. So few writers (and there are few writers anyway) manage to capture either character well, but Abigail in particular tends to suffer. Plus, Zoe. She's not a main character, but she is there and I was glad to see that she wasn't instantly forgotten about or farmed off somewhere.
Coming Clean and Starting Over by meridian1 (Abigail/Hannibal, M)
Synopsis: The Miracle Cure for vampirism's not-so-miraculous course. What it means to be 'cured' for Hannibal King. Pre the movie
Why I like it: The voices in this one aren't quite so close to the movie, and I'm not sure they tally as closely with the way that I see the characters, but the writing is fairly solid and it's very Hannibal focused not quite angst, not quite hurt/comfort but close enough for government work. I think the second story is stronger than the first, but that might be because it's shippier.
Fringe Benefits by meridian1 (Abigail/Hannibal, rated M but do not doubt that this should be rated higher even though it's on ff.net)
Synopsis: Basically, Hannibal and Abigail getting down and dirty.
Why I like it: See above. Again, it's not exactly how I see the characters - Abigail in particular comes off as cold, whereas I see her as being more reserved, with a lot going on under the surface, rather than shut down - but it's hot and the writing is solid and the banter between the characters is enjoyable. And I've just recc'd porn hosted on fanfiction.net. I feel so dirty. But unfortunately, the author hasn't posted anything since 2005 and the only site for her linked is a geocities one, which has obviously now disappeared.
And since I'm doing that rare rec thing anyway, let me rec some recent LotS fic, both of which were posted too late for me to nominate for the awards:
Staring bymiera_c (Kahlan/Richard, R)
Synopsis: Kahlan cannot stop staring. Woodland porn.
Why I liked it: Kahlan. Richard. Woodland porn. 'Nuff said. Also, written for MEEEEEEE!
And then:
Something to Lose bytrobadora (Cara/Dahlia, PG13)
Synopsis: After the Keeper is defeated, Cara has an unexpected encounter.
Why I like it: I like the way thattrobadora goes about addressing the Dahlia issue in the reset verse, and how in spite of Zedd's meddling, the Dahlia in the reset verse is still strong, still a fighter, and still a match for Cara. I also love the narrative design she used here, where she intersperses the reset verse with what happened - or didn't happen - in the original two iterations. Full disclosure: I beta'd this story. And I wasn't mean, which should tell you how much I liked it. Well. I wasn't very mean, and that's not that common :)
