Announcing a new fiction archive.

Because a few of us have been talking about how difficult it is to find all of the fic we like in one place, we've got together and set up a fandomwide archive:

CSI Forensics :: Fic with a bullet

This archive accepts all types of fiction, from all three shows, and is an automated archive, meaning that authors can register and upload their stories themselves, or if they prefer, contact one of the admins and request that they do so on the author's behalf. There's also the ability, as a registered user, to keep track of your favourite authors and stories by adding them to favourites, and both registered and non-registered users can leave reviews on stories.

We'd love to see all sorts of fiction on there, for all pairings. We hope to see you there :)

CSI needed this archive so desperately! And it looks very pretty. Thank you so much for creating it! Maybe now that there is a searchable archive, I'll read some more in this fandom.

The only Greg/Warrick I know about is by Tenth Muse - but it's AU and shaping up to be mpreg. Have you seen that one?

I have read mpreg before, but that was HP or HL or SG, in they are already weird. How do they explain mpreg in CSI?

The story with Warrick/Greg is Romanology and... it's not good. I mean, it's not horrific, in that the writing isn't bad, but who the hell cut Nick's dick off, when did Gil metamorphise into someone who owns a slave, and takes said virgin slave anally on the first night of ownership, and why the hell are Warrick and Greg trying to get knocked up? I mean, logically, even in the universe she's invented (which is supposed to be modern day, but if the fall of the Roman Empire hadn't happened), why are they going for mpreg rather than surrogacy?

Mind, I don't like mpreg anyway, so maybe I'm biased.

Hmmmm... even without the mpreg, there's the little matter of Nick's missing dick.

And by missing dick I don't mean he's actually been physically castrated (dear God, let no fanfic writer ever come up with that as a plot idea), but that he's suffering from that slash phenomenon of overt feminisation.

It's one of those starry eyed, loves getting fucked the first time out, quivering lip everytime Gil is cross with him, braids Lindsey's hair fics.

But, hey. It's unashamed kinkfic. It's just not a kink I understand. I'd bet, though, that it hits some people's happy button.

I have just now gotten over the brain damage that this fic inflicted on me. It was beyond scary. I have read one great slave AU in Due South, so I know that it can be well done, but this? It was...I have no words. I'm not sure if I should laugh or die, but Nick would have been better off had he been physically castrated with a blunt object and bled to death.
Thanks anyway, it's always good to know that no matter how much badfic you read, there's always something that is worse. ;-)
